There are certain songs that speak to me a specific times. This is a new one that speaks to me right now:
When I miss da Motherland
Don Williams singing "Good Ol' Boys Like Me". Admittedly I am an old fart (76) but the song describes so much of my childhood it is almost frightening. Send it to your grandpa and see what he thinks.
Have always liked this one.
I listened to this song every day when I was dealing with acute PTSD. I appreciate the lyrics, the singing, and band. I would end up healing myself significantly and use the methodology to help people with PTSD. White Shadows
