Anything worse than having a bad case ?

I had a bad case one time.
Got all stoped up.
I won't elaborate but it was traumatic.

When my kid was around 9ish months, she was having issues. Went to the Dr, they did xray and thought her bowels may have twisted. Since us to the ER. After awhile, they took her back and I guess did something to her bum, cause she shot poop clear across the room and it hit the wall. I'm glad I chose to stay back in the room. Once they got her fully cleared, all was well and we went home the next day.

Had slow building pain and cramps around 11 years old one summer. After maybe 3 or 4 days of it I went to an all star tournament and after the first game the pain got unbearable so my parents took me to the ER not knowing what it was. Doctors said I could wait around overnight with strong laxatives and hopefully clear it and we'd wait until it did, or they could administer the big E and I'd be out of there in an hour or so.

Yadda yadda yadda, I had a multi hit game the next day. Do not ever want another one of those again.

To avoid constipation, drink a LOT of water.
My wife gets Rao's for lunch for the kids. I have saved the bottles. I try to drink 4 of them each day. It is hard but I try.

Two scoops of Metamucil every morning . You'll never have to worry again.

was it mathematical?

I was given a drug that can produce dysentery-like symptoms. It was recommended that you could take twice the recommended dose of Imodium to alleviate the symptoms.

Getting things going again after trying that recommendation was not easy.
