I would put them on the cooling rack and look up to 12 cookies gone. And cups of milk lined up on the other side of the counter.

They were eating them as soon as they were on the cooling rack.

I'm making a pizza to take to a friend.

Your story reminds me of a tailgate party where I made some spareribs, a departure from my usual babyback. I didn't get to taste a single one, they were all gone by the time I turned around.

I was told they were good.

I could never shave my head because I have a really big asymmetrical lump on the back right side. It's surprisingly pointy.

Did you use a stand mixer?

It makes 4 dozen but did a batch and a half because the bestie wanted a cookie cake. Gotta ice it today and pipe some dumb **** on it but I can't think of anything that would be cringy and funny.

Yay or nay to the stand mixer? I'm not judging, I'm jealous. My stand mixer is out of commission, and I discovered I make better quality pizza dough without it.

I took a pizza to a friend at her work. Five other people tried a piece, they all raved about it.

Unfortunately, I completely forgot to take a pic of my work. Oh well.

Oldest son had a girl over for a chaperoned date for the first time ever.

Caught them on the upstairs couch and had to have a talk with him about what was appropriate at our house.

Lying down on the couch while his girlfriend sucks his face off is off limits at his age. And yeah....I went upstairs to do a general check and saw her pull him down to lay down on the couch with her while sucking on his face......ugh!

Had to break that one up.

I thought I was gonna have to worry about the youngest....and now this. Don't get me wrong......some fatherly "Yeah boy!" Went through my head immediately followed by a "**** No....ur too young and she's over a year older than you." The dumbass is absolutely naive and if one of the kids is gonna knock a girl up on accident because he wasn't thinking and she was jumping his bones it's this one. The youngest is definitely more assertive with girls....but he would make himself aware enough to use protection.

Wasn't ready for this. Had a Fred Sanford moment and then realized my heart needed to get me through the youngest's puberty too. Now i can't sleep.

The old ticker just has to last 9 more years. At this rate..... I dunno
