Spectrum is great. Ive dealt with them a lot for work over the past 5ish years. I've set up and closed probably ~15 accounts with them in that time. It's pretty hassle-free to set up and close accounts, support is easy to get in touch with and they always very helpful (and it's someone you can actually talk to, not outsourced to an overseas call center where you can't understand anybody), they're techs are always on time and actually know what they're doing.
Maybe I've just been lucky in my experience, but I'll defend Spectrum. I don't think people realize how awful most other providers are out there.
