Anyone else have a complete blackout with Spectrum?

About 12:45 central TX. Their phones even only have busy signals.

That would explain why my Ring app says my camera is offline.

Took me almost 2 hours to get them to answer my call. The 'outage in your area' message. Didn't realize my 'area' is more like a region.

They say it should be back around 5pm.

My internet came back at 4:45 but it's slow as heck

Earlier today I did a chat session with Spectrum support. They enrolled me into status updates. Last update (from 8:24) says restoration by midnight.

Technically, we're online now, but download speed is 1/2 Mbps. So, not really.

Spectrum is great. Ive dealt with them a lot for work over the past 5ish years. I've set up and closed probably ~15 accounts with them in that time. It's pretty hassle-free to set up and close accounts, support is easy to get in touch with and they always very helpful (and it's someone you can actually talk to, not outsourced to an overseas call center where you can't understand anybody), they're techs are always on time and actually know what they're doing.

Maybe I've just been lucky in my experience, but I'll defend Spectrum. I don't think people realize how awful most other providers are out there.

I got an alert that there is another outage and should be fixed by 2:30 today.

Now extended to 4:30.

I'm on the spectrum and no issues, I just don't like all this changes that happen during storms.

Sigh. No internet still for me. Spectrum says there's still an outage in my area. It has been 52 hours now of no service. Anyone else?
