I think I might have put strain on it when there was a loud thunder behind me and I jolted and tensed at the same time. But it's probably fine.

Thanks all, I was discharged but am waiting on a followup from radiologist. Dr wasn't sure what was going on, all that came up unusual on the CT scan was an inflamed left adrenal gland, which I've never heard of having issues with. Hope to find out more today
