I am on a diet this year, and am cutting down on sugars. That is a big cause for belly fat. I have a small amount, not a lot but I want it gone.

Big Mac sauce is a mayo/mustard sauce that gets its color from paprika. Thousand island is mayo/ketchup and has added sugar. I don't like Thousand Island on burgers either

I agree with all that, but I find the fatty name call humorous as I am only one month out in my prep for The Cowtown Marathon.

IMHO, the only 5 good things at McD are French fries, hash browns, apple pie, fountain cokes, and breakfast items. The hamburgers are no edible.
