Gavin Creel also died, for those of you who pay attention to the musical theatre scene. He was a Tony Award winner and did a ton of shows. Super nice guy, too.

I am not a baseball fanatic or purist, so my opinion means diddly. In spite of being being one of the best, hardest playing, toughest people to ever play the game, he took the integrity of the sport and wiped his ass with it. If I had a vote it would not be for him to be in the Hall.

Ken Page, dead at 70. He was another big name in Broadway and voiced Mr. Oogie Boogie in Nightmare Before Christmas.
