Mine is mainly in my fingers. Steering wheel heater is a life saver. Keep a space heater at my desk and put my hands in front of it frequently because my office is very drafty. Gloves too but it's a pain if your trying to use your phone.

Mom had it for several years combined with scleroderma. Really limited her physically. Couldn't deer hunt due to the cold.

Meds helped, but a few years later it mostly went away. Not sure what changed, but she had a few good years before metastatic lung cancer in the brain then aggressive brain cancer took her at 68.

Battery powered socks helps also.
