Seemed like in the 90's I'd walk down the hall in middle school and catch whiffs of Drakkar Noir and Cool Water.

Has this gone away.

I still wear cologne but only on certain occasions.

Perfume is fine.

Teenage boys wear axe or whatever because they're awkward and smell.

Pretty much only old men still wear cologne. My dad usually asks for a bottle for Christmas, prompting my annual trip to Macy's. Maybe Western European and Persian dudes do but I'm not sure. I don't hang out in a lot of discotheques.
