I was going out for errands and tacos this morning and knew I needed to check to see if they had put him out there.

There is also one on a front porch on Coronado Drive in College Station. He has a couple gargoyle friends. At Easter they were dressed up and holding eggs. He's currently wearing a bathing suit and pink flamingo floatie.
