How much longer do we have to mention it anytime someone is the first black person to do ____________? Seems a little insulting at this point, like black folks normally aren't capable of high achieving things so we gotta recognize whatever thing a black person just did. Obama and Kamala kinda showed black folks can do big things. This stuff is more like a Guinness Book of black records.

Don't forget that the song itself is 35+ years old and was able to change genders. Also, it's brilliance if it hasn't been ruined for you by oversaturation.
