• Kids out of school are making this an actual thing that needs to be done
• We're getting into that part of the year where it turns into a jungle in this part of the world
• I have maybe 2-3 more weeks of being able to do stuff outside before it's time to just stay indoors until sometime in late August

Our forecast for the next ten days is very August-like. It's a little early for this.

The backyard is already a jungle. A wet spring coupled with not mowing or trimming when it wasn't wet has made it go feral.

Work. Productive day yesterday. Let's see if I have any GAS today. The forecast for that is "unlikely".

Morale ain't good in some corners.

Need to stay under 1400 calories today. I am enjoying the extra walking.

Good guitar practice session last night. Someday I'll be comfortable playing in front of someone besides the cats.

It's still down with yellow tape around the roof and pumps

Had a nice dinner last night with marinated white fish washed down with a refreshing Pouilly Fuisse, a nice white whine that's actually a bit on the acidic side but with overtones of honey and fruit.
