I know it is silly yo get annoyed by this, but...

Coworker just heated something up in the office microwave. He decided his food was done so he stopped it with three seconds left on the timer. Wtf. I guess those three seconds are important.

One of my co-workers warned the new person not to do that because I would start something.

Just hold down the 2 for a few seconds and it will stop beeping forever. Or until the power goes out and you have to do it again. Life changing.

This Biden economy must really suck if you have to share a chef. I have a new one flown in on one of my private jets for each meal and snack.

If they didn't clear the timer afterwards that is grounds for termination.

So apparently you're supposed to read the package microwave instructions and convert the times based on your machines wattage vs what's on the package. Never really did that before. Food comes out rather nice now.
