- I am STRUGGLING to get my brain wrapped around all the things I'm responsible for and who manages what, what's been done in the past, how does this work today, etc etc. I'm 27 days in - am I still supposed to feel like I'm living in a chaos tornado?
- I'm REALLY good at doing one thing at a time. Dig into this area, learn everything about it, build new processes, get it executing well, move to the next thing. Repeat. Doing 12 things at once? It's just not how my brain works. I feel deficient.

Based on what you have shared thus far, I would say your new workplace has some issues.

I would focus on what I can fix quickly and maybe plan or chip away at the larger issues and knock them out later.

Trying to focus on too many things at once isn't efficient for the majority of people.

Yeah, they have issues for sure. But what org doesn't? Especially in the social sector.

I think it's good advice to tackle the low hanging fruit first and then chip away at the rest. Its too much to do for one person with the few resources that I have, but I want to at least get a baseline.
