Find the Cool Whip
Look for alternative topping called Coco Whip
Buy it and take it home
Put a big spoonful into your coffee

There is some research out there that diet drinks don't help with weight loss because the artificial sweeteners fool your pancreas into not behaving properly.

How many heavy people do you know that drink diet drinks because they think it will help? And I'm not talking people with blood sugar issues or beetus that have to avoid sugary drinks but still want a soft drink.

Diet drinks don't help anyone lose weight.

I am not fat, but switched from full calorie soda to zero calorie and lost about 10 pounds in a year. I didn't change anything else.

10 lbs lost is 35,000 calories, or 250 twelve ounce cans in a year.

Literally exactly one can every work day.
