My best friend, also an Aggie, lives in Vegas. His comments:
"Have not been but Carver Steakhouse at Resort World has a lot of buzz. Several people in the know have been and have highly recommended it."
So there's that.

This steak at the Wynn was a little over $100.

Slightly cheaper. 4 ounces. Oh, that was my dessert. Had already enjoyed a prime strip.

Wine wasn't too shabby either.
