I used to be really into cars. Loved working on my truck in high school and dreaming of mods I could do if I just had the money.

I stopped caring as much through college and stuff. But would love to get a hot rod one day now that I do have money. My dream has always been a black 1969 Camaro. I know that's not very original but I still drool every time I see one.

Also, I used to play drums in high school and always wanted a electric drum set. This year my son wanted a drum set for Christmas and I used that as my excuse to finally buy it. That was really cool. All those years looking at those kits at the music store but not having the money. Felt great being able to just roll up in there and tell the salesman "I'll take this one here".

So, I'll be playing the drums again.

I had a black Epiphone Les Paul. I'd put Gibson knobs/pickups/switches in it, and I thought it was perfect. I had a lot of back problems in my late 30s/early 40s and sold it. It was just too heavy.

The guitar before I sold it.

I'm a history nerd that dresses up clothes over 100 years old, sleeps on the ground, eats next to nothing for 48hours at a time and basically contemplate why I'm involved in a stupid hobby and then turn around and do again the next month
