The girl met Coby Jerome Jordan in Houston County, Alabama, on Friday evening, when police said she was "picked up" by Jordan before two women joined him, the Jackson County Sheriff's Office announced Sunday.

So a neighbor spotted her bound and tied to the tree, called the police, but then just left her there still bound to the tree until the police showed up? Sounds like they should be charged for failure to render aid.
