It seems like some folks here eat fast food several times a week. I think i may get something every 3 to 4 months when I am on a long drive and in a crunch for time and haven't eaten for 8 to 10 hours or so, and when i do I get like 2 burgers from the dollar menu or something like that. Certainly not enough to be familiar with the menus of national chains. How often do you go?

I will say that my kids eat fast food probably 3-4x as much as I do though because I dont mind putting off eating but hungry kids is not a recipe for a good time.

Does Chick-fil-A count for this discussion? I eat one of their salads almost every day for lunch. Easy place to eat that helps me stay on program. Oh yeah, no salad dressing for me.

Why not buy the ready made salads in a bag at the grocery store? They are probably about as fresh and cost less than half as much.

Good call on no dressing. That Avocado dressing they have has like 300 calories in each little packet.

To mr, fast food is anything with a drive through that is unhealthy and probably (or capable of being) eaten in the car. I wouldn't count a grilled chicken salad from chicfila fast food, but one of their chicken sandwiches i would. I dont see subway or Chipotle as fast food really, but probably should consider subway as fast food.

Less than once/mo. Too easy to call in to go orders and walking 20 steps to eat much better food is always worth the trade off. I pack a lunch most days though

Yeah, but I've never had a deck looking for a McNugget

Decks are for poor people. I have a nice concrete patio that extends out around my pool.

Says hedge, the guy who just the other day was complaining about his boss not paying him enough or giving him enough praise or whatever it was but also said that he does the absolute bare minimum and refuses to work hard or give any meaningful extra effort.
