Should really say Beaumont, Port Arthur, Orange vs. Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake.

Debating on where to stay. Tired of driving 45 minutes there and back. Just want to settle in 1 area.

Texas City. We go into TA in a January and the units I work in have TAs every year between now and 2035 except for two.

Dad did turnarounds for 40 years @ Exxon still goes back in the spring to make vacation money and money for his grandchildren.


Supposedly one of the big oil and gas companies are planning to build a new chem plant in Orange so that'll bring plenty of work.
