I've vomited before, and I can say that it objectively does not taste like vomit. However, it is chalky and powdery and overall really ****ty compared to almost any other brand of chocolate.
Are you sure what you're putting in your mouth is, in fact, chocolate?
It does....because Hersheys adds butyric acid to it which is partially what gives it its waxy appearance and texture

If you listen to the podcast Business Wars, they have a series of episodes about Hershey's vs. Mars. The butyric acid has something to do with keeping the chocolate solid in a bar instead of melting too quickly.

If my vomit tasted like chocolate, I'd throw up way more than I currently do.
I used to have a vial of butyric acid in my dorm room just to make stink bombs. I was almost kicked out of the dorm for using it on one room. You could smell it over an entire wing.Ags4DaWin said:

There's high quality chocolate made here that's just as good as Europe, you're just not going to find it in the candy aisle of your grocery store.

I love the Hershey's Miniatures and never knew they tasted like vomit. This makes me want to try one of these foreign chocolates that are so much better to see if I agree or see if I have been brainwashed to like vomit chocolate.
As a 9 year old I ate chocolate covered ants from Pier 1.

Hershey's milk chocolate is kinda like American cheese. It sucks at room temperature, but there's magic when it melts.
