I think hullabaloo diner had one on special a month or two back but it's not a regular menu item. It was outstanding though if I'm remembering correctly.

Maybe Zeitman's in downtown Bryan?

Twin Peaks has one. I haven't had it but I saw it on the menu, their food is actually fairly decent so I'd imagine the cubano is solid.

As the poster above stated, Hullaballo Diner does the best Cuban around these parts. It would only be on Thursday nights or for Brunch on Sat/Sun when they put it on the menu. They publish their menus for the current week on Instagram on Wed or Thur during the day, so check it to see if it is on the menu.
