Dr. Gene Scott was a fascinating late night watch during Desert Storm era of talking heads on tv.

Dude would fire up cigars while wearing a Desert Storm hat and his tinted glasses. Selling his cassette tape series on how Sadaam had been prophesied and using the word "forthwith" as often as possible.

It was a glorious train wreck.

I dated a girl whose mom was all about seeing these clowns in person any chance she got. It was bizarre.

The mom always had TBN on the tv if we went over to the mom's house. Freaking Jan Crouch and that set that looked like what I imagine a French bordello looks like inside.

The televangelists didn't teach the mom not to cheat on her husband with guys half her age.

Organized religion itself is a big fraud.
All that each person needs to do is follow Jesus or Allah or Krishna or Yahweh. Do good deeds. No need to go through these crooks like mullahs, fathers, evangelists, etc.
All they want to do is take advantage of you and steal your money.

It is 2022. You don't need these highway robbers.
