Yeah, never use more than 1, but I'm glad they usually give me 2 so I have an extra available when they inevitably provide none.

Whataburger doesn't have a patty melt. They have something called a patty melt that isn't one. Freddy's is the only legitimate patty melt in the fast food world

Truth.

A patty melt is served on rye.

I can't decide if Whataburger has gone downhill since the 80s or if I just didn't know what a good burger was supposed to taste like back then. Carter's in Bryan is what I remember Whataburger tasting like back in the day.

This place isn't around anymore, but Archie's $0.39 Hamburgers in BCS used to charge $0.04 for every ketchup packet. Hard to be stingier than charging for something most places give away for free.

Always ask for two when they ask me if I prefer regular or spicy. What I noticed this past weekend is the onion rings are now uniform and all smaller sized that more easily dipped in the packets. I approve.
