Race was hot and humid as is houston right now. 2:00/100 swim 19mph bike 9:30/mile run 1:24 sprint

Run was disappointing. I haven't been swimming and taking it easy pace running in the heat. Never could shift gears into a quicker run pace.

I've been focusing mostly on my Berlin marathon training and really neglecting the bike and swim. It really showed. With the 6 I have shifted into hr training and I feel like it is paying off. When I wasn't about to poop my pants I was holding at 8-8:30 a mile pace and feeling great.

I've done that through Colorado Springs instead of risking hostile agents and gate staff in Denver. in COS it ended up turning into a show and tell and they had to call a couple of other TSA workers to come have a look because they're into antique firearms. Mine had a little bit of a story because grandpa was issued it in WW2 and carried it at work for 30 years afterwords.

According to police. Is it hard to believe? You described exactly how a ride share driver would act since they have no involvement in what the shooter was up to.

Released video shows two cops were approaching her before she started shooting and acted quickly once she pulled the gun. Luckily it appears she shot in the air so no one was injured other than the suspect. Good job by the two cops to eliminate the threat without injuring any bystanders. There is no audio but something got their attention or she just looked mental to begin with.

"Shooting at Love Field" sounds like the name of a porno.

My guess would be a person walking around the airport in Dallas Texas in the summer time wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the hood up, as well she shouts at people before she fired the first shot causing a commotion but you do see the one officer before she shouts already on to "something doesn't seem right here" and closed in on her just in case. Definitely agree that the officers took care of the situation perfectly unlike what we have seen elsewhere recently.

Crockpots are for self injury. Not for self defense.

Random thought - With the way Chris Brown reportedly treats women, why on earth would this woman want to claim to be his wife? If that's not a sure sign of mental instability and a cry for help, I don't know what is.
