I went to the doc today and have a physical set for Monday because it spooked me so bad.

*trying to motivate myself to work out- back and chest today. leg day was yesterday so i am walking like a mummy.
*have to prep some lemon crusted salmon for dinner tonight.
*Took the oldest to the doctor for some rehab amd he was tentatively cleared to begin playing again.
*wish it was friday.

Attended a district-required STAAR administration training.

That was a repeat of the training we received a month ago for the English STAARs. And for some of us, also received last fall for retesters.

For tests I'm not assigned to administer this go-round.
