I get straight OT. Some of my team gets time and a half. The money is nice but we've seen little in terms of a plan beyond "work more." We're understaffed by about 40 percent with little hope of relief, are actually LOSING staff rather than gaining, and our schedule is unachievable even with the OT.

We've been on mandatory 5x10s for a couple of months already and burnout has set in pretty hard. If this comes to pass I think we'll lose some people and others will just refuse to do the extra time in one way or another.

I'm not speaking to you. I just finished a HIIT/Hills ride that you recently did and not only did you kick my butt today, you also blew my PR out of the water.

Yes! Congrats on 100! That's awesome. And a good choice for a milestone ride.

I seriously was trying to keep up with you, but was behind within the first few minutes and couldn't catch up. Had a split second on the resistance interval at the very end where I was sure that I was about to die. My endurance has been **** since I had covid, but today I was on another level of the struggle bus.

I do order Diet Coke. Regular sodas taste too sweet to me.

I am 26 pounds overweight for my height. I'm not fat enough where people see me and think "wow that guy is really fat" but my body fat ratio is enough where my internal organs, particularly my liver, are in danger of suffering permanent damage.

I knew I had a problem when the lady at Whataburger commented that she hadn't seen me in a while. It had only been two days.
