If you play Wordle or Connections or Mini (probably all games, but those are the ones I play) click on the three lines in the top left corner of those games. It will say Strands (beta) in the menu. I don't use the app, BTW.

For Strands, I guess you just get all the theme words and the Spangram. It was easier than the Mini.

In Strands, you get a hint if you find 3 words that aren't a part of it. So I guess the "perfect" goal is no missed words and no hints.

A miss is finding a word that's not one of the theme words. If yu find three of those, the game will give you a hint at the theme.
