I got it in 3 as well. I have a generic 5 letter word that contains the most common letters that I start with. I got lucky on the third word though.

Last two times I played i used steam. Strap would probably also work well.

Years ago on Wheel of Fortune everyone who got to the bonus round would use LNRST as their consonant picks and E as the vowel pick. It happened so often they finally just gave those letters by default and let the contestant pick a couple more.

Words with Scrabble 1-point letters is a good start
