I thought we were supposed to assume that the guy's so successful he paid cash, and we could reflect that same level of success with our debt.

It really is the most wonderful time of the year. Does anyone know of a time this scenario has actually happened? I did drive by a house once with a car sitting out front with a big red bow on it, but it wasn't Christmas time.

I was house sitting one year and came home from work and there was a F150 and a Mustang in the driveway for the boy girl twins that lived down the street so this does happen.
