Well the 6 year old doesn't need to miss school and he's probably going to stay with his best friend that weekend. It's the 2 year old that we're looking for. He really is kind of an ******* (a cute one, but still) and would be a holy terror at the Chicken for a few hours. My sister said she would keep him if needed, but we're hoping to avoid making the drive with him altogether...

He can be an ******* with my 2 year old (and troubles 2 year old). Mine turns 2 on the 15, and she is the cutest little ******* you have ever met

We'll consider it... If we drive down with him (a 6.5 hour one way trip). That's the main part we want to avoid, ha.

My parents live in the Midland area. That drive is always miserable with my 3 kids. The 6 year old constantly asks if we are there yet. His stomach condition will also ALWAYS act up and he will vomit all over the car. The 2 year old screams just to scream (or just says Mama ad daddy over and over and over for 7 hours). The baby has a blowout and will projectile spit up every time without fail.

So I feel your pain, and understand the need to offload your offspring for a trip lol.

EXACTLY. You get it. We just got back from a family wedding in Oklahoma. My 2 year old did exactly that both ways. And slept 30 minutes total.

That's cold blooded right there.

I mean, if anyone needs a place to watch the game, you are more than welcome at our house. But it's 15 miles from town and filled with kids, though we do have a ton of beer left over from last week's tailgate (so free beer!)

She can hear better than she used to!

Missed this but am out of town anyway. I toasted him yesterday with a buddy that also lost a friend Thursday to the same circumstances. Hope they both found peace.
