We walked by there, but I think it was Cassidy's that had the big bro crowd hanging out in front. Didn't stay long, we were just walking around to see if anyone had food besides pizza. finally settles for pizza at House of Rock.

KNCN, "Sinton, Taft, Corpus Christi". Has always been a very good AOR station, really rocked hard in the 80's and 90's.

Corpus is a cool town, like any place else, different pro's and different con's. BW, (before wifa), I used to spend a lot of time in CC, years ago, and I always had a great luck with the local talent up there.

The thing about South Texas, and this goes for CC, the RGV, and probably Laredo, is that you will find that some people really like the areas and have a great experience and others just never can adapt to the areas and hate it. For my taste, CC ain't perfection but I can think of probably hundreds of other places I would much rather NOT be than Corpus.

Are you the guy who used to talk on the History board about political history in that area?

Possibly, but there were/are others with more in depth knowledge about the political stuff than me. I just had an association with the Jim Wells county stuff because my family was involved in it.
