What slang terms do you hear or use that are completely unique to your area? Living in Michigan, there are quite a few. My favorites:
Fudgies -- Mackinac Island tourists. Because you can't throw a road apple on that island without hitting a fudge shop.
Trunk Slammers -- people from the Detroit metro area who own homes/cabins up north and turn I-75 into a state-wide traffic jam every weekend.
Timmy Ho's -- Tim Horton's coffee & donut shops (imo one of the best things to ever come out of Canada, btw)
Yoopers -- People who live in the U.P., Michigan's upper peninsula
Trolls -- Used by Yoopers to describe people from the lower peninsula (they live under the Mackinac Bridge).
