Ham is another one. I rarely eat ham now and I ate a lot of it when I was a kid. I enjoy it when I eat it, but outside of Christmas, I rarely do.

They took the "Sugar" out of the names. I remember Sugar Frosted Flakes, Sugar Smacks, Sugar Pops, etc.

I don't like anything sickly-sweet like I did as a kid. Most pre packaged sweets like hostess cakes, oreos and many cereals I used to love, I don't care for anymore. I can still eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch because it has less sugar than most kid cereals. I don't drink soda anymore, I prefer dark chocolate to milk chocolate and think most US mass produced candy bars are not very good. If I have a Dr, Pepper or Coke, I can only drink about half of it before I start getting sick of it. I do notice though, that as I get older, I seem to crave salt more. I would rather have chips and salsa as a late night snack than a bowl of ice cream.

Again you need some education. Ham steaks with homemade mashed potatoes and fresh green beans make a hell of a quick weekday meal.
