Even if it's not tied to a name, you can still see plates plain as day driving down the road.

Why do people blur out license plates in photos?

You can look them up and get personal information such as the owners name and address. On a forum such as TexAgs most usernames keep our identities anonymous and most posters wish to remain that way

whats a good website to get full owner details for free? I have this car that constantly drives up and down our street with camera out filming something. I've tried flagging them down asking what gives and they always speed off.

Do it before open carry comes in, though.
Probably HOA looking for a blade of grass out of line so they can fine you.
Anyone can look it up for $15 or so on PublicData.com. Seems a small price to pay if a car is constantly driving up and down your street filming.FIDO*98* said:
