I am lucky enough to have no issue sleeping all night, sometimes getting up once for a wiz and a quick swig of water.
I also can basically go with no sleep for one night or very chopped up sleep and be fine the next day. I fly a lot and would go to bed at 10-11am, wake up at 2/3am, shower, drive an hour to the airport, take off at 5/6am, sleep in my flight/flights for 1-4hrs, land, hit my hotel, shower/freshen up and then hit a days worth of meetings. Usually I'd have a night out with clients until late, etc...
Sometimes I would do that 2-3days in a row to different cities. Somehow that broken sleep took care of me.
My one key was not drinking too much. As soon as I did, my flow was toast.
