He is already doing the right thing with hot sauce or sriracha. That stuff travels and will last forever.

We used to "liberate" hot sauce bottles from the mess hall before they added the small ones to MREs. Pretty much can eat a shoe with enough hot sauce.

Eggs in general. I was at one every weekday / two on saturdays.

Reusing the styrofoam plates sounds like a joke, but it's crazy enough that it could be true. Not sure which it really is.

To remove the pit from an avocado I cut it in half and twist and then I cut the half that still has the pit it in half and twist so you'll have the pit stuck to a quarter of the avocado and then it's easier to pull it off. This way you don't risk cutting yourself.

They make multiple entrees for every meal and a handful of sides so that there are numerous options and combos for people and we get variety. These mals would generally be on the line with another fish option and possibly a vegetarian option, a few other sides and a soup and we would have a salad bar as well. Seeing as they have to deliver they throw stuff together and send it over.

On the last one, spaghetti and meat balls and an italian sausage isnt that weird. I would bet on the line they had sauteed onions and peppers as well but didnt include it in the meal.
I understand that, but who in their right mind "throws together" the combinations you receive?
