Franklin Delano Booth managed to get un-perma'd, and he and a couple other posters got Billy to lift some more perma's on a Zoo thread when Looch was feeling benevolent.

I think Fat Sexy started the thread asking why the zoo had gotten so boring, and it was pointed out that a ton of regular posters had been perma'd.
