I'm a borderline fatass and today that changes after I went to Aldi and bought a crap ton of vegetables, fruits, and nuts.

If this works as I expect I'll post a nude selfie after about a month.

Atkins/Keto high protein with fat diet cut all sugar and stay under 20 grams of carbs a day.

Still drink like no ones business
Run about 20-24 miles a week
If I didn't drink, I'd prob lose another 12 lbs easy
