A former Chicken manager was owner/operator of both last time I saw him, but that's been a few years now.

I never saw RC there but that's been a running rumor for 20+ years. The bartender swore that RC was there all the time. I never saw him there. I wasn't a regular though either.

Glad to hear he sold out / retired .... could've been worse. Could've been found in a ditch after suffering a heart attack while out for a jog in his late 50's like another BCS bar(s) owner.

My good freind told me that he saw RC there in 95 or so. Buddy was there with his parents early one night around 8-9pm or so. Assumed Flaming DP's (no homo) ...

SO yes ... if that actually was a rumor, it is confirmed that he did go there at least once.

I drove by the other day and I thought it was open. There were cars outside. I didn't stop to check. It would be so awesome if they got RC there for the grand re-opening. He can drink water with LakewayAg.

I was a bouncer at Carney's for 3 nights in 2010. I quit because we had to stay til 3 mopping up and taking out trash after. It makes sense that it needed done, but it sucked. And no free beer.
