I drink decaf because it's the taste and the warmth I like, not the caffeine. Gentlemen, I did not sleep well last night. Do you know how frustrating it is to toss and turn and have allergies keeping you from breathing easily?

Have you gotten checked out by an ENT?

I have terrible allergies and no amount of medication helped. Turns out I had a deviated septum and had surgery to correct it.

It's a game changer. I still get stuffed up occasionally when allergies are bad but nasal spray (Dymista) clears it right up. Before, the spray would have little to no effect.

Never been tested for a deviated septum - I don't want surgery!

45 min surgery for a lifetime of breathing normal. I feel that it's worth it.

Or you can move to Arizona.

I just had it done and it's life changing. I was shocked how good I felt, I only took one pain pill after surgery.

I don't have troubles breathing all of the time, thankfully. But I've heard your suggestion and when we can visit doctors without fear, I will schedule time with an ENT. Thanks RT.

Ran a little over 4 miles this morning. Feel great !

Went by NXNW and picked up my reserved keg of Zombie Dragon, some glasses, coasters, and stickers. They were turning people away - if you did not receive a confirmation email then you don't have anything reserved. People were not happy.

Floated my 1/4 barrel of Stash IPA last night. Need to go to Total Wine and pick up a companion for the Zombie Dragon.

One of my guys who is in his last week and another who is in his last month are trying to push work onto each other and I don't have the strength to mediate.

i am fairly certain I have variation of this. On any random day my breathing will favor one nostril over the other.

They've got notices already so not much to be done. In truth they just kinda grate on each other in general.
