I have heard every one of these idioms. I am often surprised by what people haven't heard. Maybe it's because I'm older and had older parents.
One of my Dad's favorites:
'He doesn't have a pot to piss in but he has a <insert item he can't seem to afford>'
Or my grandmother's on hearing the housekeeper was pregnant again:
'She needs to get that man a board with a knothole in it!'

Which is completely misunderstood and almost exclusively used incorrectly.
It is supposed to say that something is impossible and cant be done without some external assistance.
