I'm hearing, yes, very probable Ragoo.

I shook hands and came in contact with with many people. Who knows where they were 2 weeks before.

And OP, I hope your cousin recovers fully. I wanted to share my experience to give you and your family hope. I'm sure she'll be fine.

Update:

Just got word that things took a turn for the worst and she is being rushed to the hospital at the moment.

I still do not have the details on what my aunt means by "took a turn for the worst" but she's in an ambulance right now heading to the hospital.

Will keep yall updated on what she's going through as I learn and know its factual. The last thing I want to do is to misinform. Hoping these updates will help us all understand what could happen.

Good news, I survived.
Bad news, I still post here.

It kicked my arse, but it was short-lived. I was back to normal in 4 days. I thought it was Cedar Fever.


Called my Dr.(an Aggie) this morning

"Said you probably had it, yes"

No point getting tested now as he's not certain as is no one whether I would test positive.

Notifying everyone I've come in contact the last 3-4 weeks

I'm local to Denver and I bet she's being taken to the hospital a few blocks from my house. If your family needs anything, please don't hesitate to reach out. Running errands, dropping off food, etc..

I think I saw that it occurs in 3% or so of the cases

I think it's present in something like ~10% of the population who gets it, so it would not be an indicator of CV, but wouldn't necessarily disqualify that diagnosis (without a test I mean).

Edit: Exsurge's numbers might be more accurate, but I did find this from a month ago:

Update:

Early this morning, she was released from the hospital and responding a lot better after being put on fluids for the past 12 hours.

The doctors told her that they are convinced that she has the virus but can't test her since the hospital/Denver is out of testing kits.

She is back home resting.

I have not learned what exactly was given to her yet, but I will learn more later tonight.

A lot of folks travel. I think the real story is that the **** is absolutely everywhere already and most people just aren't showing symptoms and spreading, and have no reason to get tested.

Pray there is some period of immunity on this so those people start acting as buffers.
