Having littleNPHs-- running around the house, we have Youtube on the big screen from time to time.

More times than not they are watching the latest DudePerfect video or some older ones. I like their videos and I think its good to encourage kiddos to be active and to be good sports about losing competitions (insert Coby Cotton losing), and there are FAR worse things they could be watching on TV than a couple of Aggies doing what they love.

Would it be nice to have a little less yelling and "AAAAA" 'ing after every... single... activity? (For example, someone opens a door, "AAAAAA" and all of them run around flopping on the floor like a land-laid fish) -- Absolutely, I don't want to hear it ALL the time, but its a good way to keep the videos interesting for the kids.


But the Mrs. absolutely hates DudePerfect, can't even be in the same room if its on TV.

So settle the debate, are they just extremely annoying or are they tolerable?

She'll realize the sound of them won't be as annoying as when the kids try to triple bounce a basketball off the walls into the pot of scolding hot spaghetti sauce.

Obviously I agree with you, I get that there is some showmanship they are putting on for the videos, but overall just good quality stuff that I don't mind the kids watching.

I would say when it comes to their trick shot videos, DudePerfect is annoying but also tolerable. When it comes to their Overtime videos, those are not annoying and are generally very entertaining.

I enjoy watching their videos with the kids. They're kinda running out of trick shot ideas. Not sure what's left to do unless they are going to launch a ball from orbit.

I saw them talk about their reactions in an interview once. They said after 100 takes, trying to nail a trick shot, they're generally really excited when it finally happens.

Dude perfect is tolerable for about 6 minutes worth at a time, but annoying after that.

Dude Perfect is awesome. Good clean family fun. Love watching their stereotype videos.

They had their day but it seems to have passed them by. Not surprising. Interest in that sort of thing is fairly transitory. I'm sure they made, and could still be making, some pretty solid money.

They went on tour and sold out shows consistently. They're still making money and entertaining kids.

Anything that helps kids be seen and not heard is all right in my book.

Well, i hope they are putting their degrees to good use. They'll never make a living making making youtube videos earning....checks note.... from 60k upwards to 963k a month.

And that's JUST YouTube. It doesn't count other social media, endorsements, their product line, and show tours.

Those boys and their families are already set for life.

They are amazing. I've watched about 200 challenges and I've never seen them fail. Dude they are perfect.

My cousin's daughter (she's an Ag '13) and her husband do YouTube for a living, too. They've make a decent amount from subscribers, but it's the endorsements, free lodging/food and free products that take it over the edge.

They basically just drive around in their cars/Jeeps and film everything. Jeep is even giving them a free Gladiator to drive for their videos. They recently "upgraded" their Rubicon by putting a 5.7L Hemi in it...and got paid to do it.

Wish I could **** off for a living and get paid...
