He can be funny, but he's wrong about global warming. Anyone who is observant can see the earth is heating up. You don't need scientists to tell you. A cartoon surely isn't proof of the converse.

Jeez....the earth's temp goes through natural cycles....if the average temperature changes from year to year that is actually normal. The earth has gone through mini ice ages as recent as a fee thousand years ago and alot of this is based on solar cycles as well as the natural cycles of the earth's magnetic shielding which allows varying amounts of high energy radiation to hit the earth's atmosphere. This magnetic field is formed by the iron ore spinning inside the earth's core.

Carbon has very little to do with it unless u are talking about an asteroid hitting the earth or a volcanic eruption spewing massive amounts of ash into the air to obstruct the sun.

These are facts. Scientific facts.

People who actually know wtf they are talking about are predicting a period of global cooling based on solar cycles that should last about 70 years.

Also the models that all the climate scientists are using were the same models used back in the 8p's when they predicted we were headed to a new ice age....which never happened.

The same idiots that predicted the ice age catastrophe in the 80's are the ones that started the global warming bs.

3. Can humans do something to achieve that temperature?
4. What is it and how much does it cost?

Someone already complained about debating this here so I won't add more to the conversation. Maybe we should have another thread, but I imagine most people tire of the subject.

Yeah Dilbert is one of the worst. You can flip flop Dilbert with Calvin and Hobs. They are both terrible but I don't pay enough attention to either to name one more terrible than the other.

Seriously, though, the cartoon was making fun of Michael Mann, the hockey stick climate researcher. The same guy who sued (and lost) Dr. Tim Ball for saying that "Mann belonged in the state pen and not Penn State".
