I hate how much I enjoy Bang. Their marketing is so obnoxious, and I want to not drink it just because of it. But I can't deny they're damn good.
i drink a lot of caffeine.

Like 4-6 cups in the am, a cup around 2:30, and nervy drink around 5:30.

I had a bang one Saturday around noon and felt like I wouldn't sleep for a month. Frankly, it scared me.

Like an original fourloko without the booze.

Hint Caffeine Kick Water also good for the morning and through out the day. Has 60 mg of caffeine per serving.

Unsweet tea usually what I drink throughout the day

Bang sugar & carb free usually in the morning or if dragging during the day. Bunch of vitamins and stuff plus 300 mg of caffeine

That's... odd. Especially considering how much caffeine you drink. I know plenty of folks that drink these things and I've never heard someone react to it like that. Maybe it was something else that's in the drink? Does your body not react well to Creatine or something?

After I've had my second tumbler of breakfast bourbon, I like to freshen up with an irish coffee before driving to work. Once i'm at the office, I usually get a triple americano and have them leave room so I can "fill out" the taste with a pour of brandy. My lunchtime coffee is actually just overproof rye poured into a glass. From there, I usually just sip on tall boys of Karbach Rodeo Clown for the afternoon (gotta hydrate). I usually polish another one off on the ride home, and from there, it's wine until bed time.

Two large cups of coffee throughout the morning, then a scoop of Amino Energy early afternoon. I try not to consume caffeine after 3pm.

Iced tea or hot green tea in afternoon if dragging ass.

Try not to after 3p if possible.

There is nothing better. I drink mostly Cruz de Malta. Most of my friends and family are hooked as well.

I'm on an OMAD low carb diet, so I don't ever really feel the afternoon slump.

I drink two cups of Sonic coffee on the way to work (70 mile drive), then I'll fill my coffee cup about 5 times during the day, but usually pour out the last third of cold coffee.

In total, about 5 cups a day. Never jittery, just very energetic. And I talk very fast, probably from listening to podcasts at 2.1x speed.

Don't drink coffee. Have some iced tea at lunch or dinner every now and then. I'll drink a monster sometimes to try to get over the hump when hungover, but caffeine doesn't really do anything for me. Even 5hr energies don't make me hyper or anything.

Diet Cokes. I usually stop caffeine by 3pm, 4pm at the latest. Coffee sometimes. I'm really digging the new Cloud Macchiatos from Starbucks.

Lol, that's my wife. Makes more than me, with less hours worked, and from our home office.

Never drank coffee before having kids (with the exception of Frappuccinos, but can we really call that coffee?) Now that I have 2 kids, I'm up to 2 x 20 oz a day. 1 in the morning after getting into work, and 1 in the afternoon to get over that 2-2:30pm hump.

Also usually have a 12 oz Diet Dr Pepper with lunch and supper... sometimes on the weekend I'll have a random Super Big Gulp Diet Dr Pepper as well.

Bang is by far the most popular energy drink among my students.

I haven't seen any of their marketing but clearly it is working.

Which flavor do y'all drink? I had a few sips of one recently and poured the rest out. It was way too sweet and just didn't taste good. I've noticed that there is wide variation in the amount of caffeine in energy drinks, and I definitely feel more alert if I have a little more caffeine in the morning.

My normal morning drink is Diet V8 Fusion energy (strawberry lemonade). I'll crack one open first thing in the morning and take another to go. They're only 8 ounces and 10 calories but have 80 mg of caffeine.

I have given up Diet Coke, so now it's some iced tea in the morning. If I go to lunch or dinner I'll have iced tea. I drink iced tea at home as well, but cut it way down with water.

today i took 1 gram of caffeine, three 200 mg tablets in the morning and two 200 mg tablets in the evening. Took 400 mg and 200 mg l-theanine capsules with each, respectively, to take the edge off it. Wound down the end of the day with about 1 gram of l-theanine powder mixed into grapefruit along with
1 gram magnesium glycinate
600 mg Alpha GPC
1 gram NALT
500 mg Agmatine
500 mg Bacopa
250 mg Rhodiola Rosea
1.5 g NAC
5 grams Taurine
350 mg Uridine

Coffee about once every 3 weeks. Used to drink 6+ diet cokes a day. Now I have the occasional regular Dr Pepper if I'm eating Asian food... not sure why but if I'm eating sushi I have to have a DP.

Lots of caffeine addicts up in here. The funny thing is high daily amounts of caffeine don't really even serve its intended purpose as you build a tolerance to it in several days so all of that caffeine is needed just to bring you back up to your baseline.
shocking new information!

this is why there are other eurogic-like nootropics like rhodiola rosea, theacrine, and sulbutiamine.
