Coffee, tea, energy drinks, pills, sodas? Mixture of all?

I have successfully gotten down to having coffee brewed at home in the AM, and drink it on the way in and at my desk in the morning from a Tervis to-go cup. Not gonna lie, it's sometimes tough to get over the 2 PM hump without a little bit more caffeine, either in the form of an energy drink or a coffee run somewhere.
CNN is an enemy of the state and should be treated as such.

Soda in the morning and coffee after lunch. I usually avoid caffeine the rest of the day but sometimes will have a soda with dinner.

Iced tea if I'm at a restaurant
Coffee or hot tea if I hit the wall at work in the early afternoon
Every now and then, I'll get a Mountain Dew at HEB

Edit: Coffee if I'm at my parents' house in the morning

Coffee in the morning, just one mug full. then tea if I need it. Gave up on cokes years ago, and Red Bull and 5-Hour Energy stuff scares me.

Optimum Amino Energy ~4:30 am pre-workout (~100mg caffeine), then either coffee or Bang energy drink once I get to the office ~8:00 am

Are you referring to my ever-present cup of iced tea (not sweetened)??

I drink coffee, but not with any regularity. I drink it more when I am cold or just really dragging. I doubt I've had any in over a month.

I just don't drink much soda anymore, sometimes I may grab a Dr. Pepper with my Whataburger, but usually it's just my iced tea.

Never really gotten into energy drinks, but I have had a 5-hour energy a couple of times on long road trips.

A shot in the dark is a coffee with added espresso shots. Drip coffee has more caffeine than espresso anyways.

I don't drink coffee or tea and my intake of soda with caffeine is probably no more than a 6-pack per year. i do really like Zip Fizz. They sell it at Costco and it gives you about 100mg of caffeine and a huge dose of B12. I'll drink a Bang before a workout, and may drink a Zip Fizz once per day, but that's it.

Am I the only one that has tried Zip Fizz?

Sometimes I remember this might not be the best thing for my health and switch to unsweet tea. At least I also drink a lot of water.

  • 12 oz coffee in the morning.
  • 1-2 6oz coffee when I get to work
  • occasionally 6 oz coffee or tea in the afternoon at work
  • 1 to 10 Rum/DietCoke at home in the evenings (depends on how the day went, lol).

One or two doses of Spark in the morning. I'm good after that for the most part - if I'm on something that makes me drowsy or am having a particularly hard afternoon, I'll grab a Bang, but that's few and far in between.

I hate how much I enjoy Bang. Their marketing is so obnoxious, and I want to not drink it just because of it. But I can't deny they're damn good.

Bang is by far the most popular energy drink among my students.

I haven't seen any of their marketing but clearly it is working.
