I am coaching a 7/8 yr old city baseball league team. The amount of names that I just shake my head at is unreal. I asked my wife where are the James, Michaels and Jacob's... then my own teenage kids told me I was gonna be that ol man that told the kids to get off my lawn.

In all seriousness do these parents not know that when their kid sends a resume that the 1st thing a person reads is your name. And determines to round file it or move on.
