My best friend at A&M bought a 90-something 4Runner while we were in college and continued driving it for a few years after we graduated. By the time he sold it it had well over 400,000 miles on it, great vehicle.

My wife drives a durango, and it seems that's mostly moms too.

No, she just has good taste in vehicles. No useless suburban mom mobiles.

Just saying women choose SUV because they are practical but NOT a minivan (or pretend not to be one like a highlander or pilot or CX7 or pathfinder, etc)
