I don't think I'd ever encounter that situation, as I am able to install a child seat in a vehicle in such manner that the child seat isn't falling out unless the vehicle seat falls out too.

That's just some amazingly stupid **** right there.

It was planned, look at the video and you can see the light was green and she stopped at the light. She was also on the left turning lane but she went straight.
